On April 12th, House Bill 3024 by Rep. Four Price (House District 87 - Amarillo) was voted out of the House Public Education Committee by an 8-0 margin. The House Calendars Committee will determine when HB3024 is scheduled for a vote by the entire Texas House of Representatives.

It too will be sent to the House Calendars Committee to be scheduled for a vote by the House of Representatives.

On April 24th, House Bill 3206 by Rep. Phil Stephenson (House District 85 - Wharton) will be considered in the House Committee on Licensing and Administrative Procedures.
