Messy layers, never happened before using TPU.

Been printing PLA from the start. Went to printing TPU for a while. Took alot of tuning. Now I'm back to PLA and I believe I have an overextrusion problem. I've tried everything from different temps, bed leveling, Estep calculations, Z offset, nozzle was fine from my last TPU prints. Did a bit of research but couldn't find a straight answer.

Anymore ideas are greatly appreciated! 🙏
