Best supplements for studying?

Hey guys, wondering what yall would recommend for studying, particularly for someone who stresses quite a bit and a lot of my focus is diverted because I’m stressed

I like the caffeine L theanine combo but I was hoping for something better.

I also take Bacopa Monnieri

I’ve heard of Rhodiola but haven’t heard too much anecdotal evidence to back it up

What would u guys recommend?
