Is Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men an effective multivitamin?

I’m reading online about different forms of vitamins (particularly B-Vitamins). Seeing a lot about different forms of B vitamins and their bioavailability. What seems to be considered the “cheap” forms of B-Vitamins are what’s in this multivitamin. Is the difference between “cheap” forms of B-Vitamins and more expensive forms really enough to justify spending extra money? Or does it just mean the cheaper forms require a bigger dose.
