Motor recommendation for a 1s 75mm Walksnail tinywhoop

Hi,

Want to build a 1s 75mm "quiet" Walksnail tinywhoop but not sure what motors to get.
Im looking for motors that are efficient, quiet (so no crazy high kv ones i guess) and have reasonable flight time (4min)
I will be using 450/550Mah batteries and Gemfan 1610 props.
